Deborah Pacheco, EdD, MSM, BCC, SSYB
Dr. Deborah Pacheco earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from The College of Charleston, Charleston, SC, her Master of Science in Management from Troy State University, Norfolk, VA and her Doctor of Educational Leadership in Health Care from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Pacheco earned her Board Certified Coach (BCC) designation from the Center For Credentialing & Education and is also a graduate of the Institute For Life Coach Training. She has earned multiple health care and education related certifications and professional certificates. Dr. Pacheco participates in ongoing continuing education in health, education, training, and coaching.
A career educator, trainer and coach in health topics, Dr. Pacheco has developed several award-winning health and wellness education programs and Patient Education materials that have been in use throughout the US, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. She specializes in working with subject matter experts in leading the development of interactive, cooperative, and experiential health education programs & workshops that have participants returning time and again. She has also facilitated intensive health-related education programs and workshops for men, women and teens.
In addition to her private coaching practice and motivational speaking, Dr. Pacheco presently leads organizational and employee development for a large organization. She has been the Department Chairperson and Dean of Allied Health at a regionally accredited university, has been an adjunct professor teaching graduate nursing students, and she is a guest motivational speaker and facilitator empowered living. She walks in support of the race for a cure for breast cancer and supports her community's food pantrys, women's shelters and organizations that come to the aid of young people in need, such as child abuse prevention, maternity homes, group homes and halfway houses.
